About the Smoking Cessation program

It will:

  • Help identify your personal stress triggers which may lead to smoking.
  • Provide practical, proven strategies that will help regulate stress levels and therefore manage smoking cessation goals
  • Assist in developing plans to keep stress from interfering with goals to quit smoking

What's involved?

Easy to read and self-paced, the program involves 4 weekly online sessions. Each session will take approximately one hour to complete and includes session notes that provide information about smoking cessation, stress, consequences and strategies to manage your smoking cessation goals. There are opportunities to practice the skills outlined in the sessions by completing the exercises.


The Smoking Cessation program is priced at $110 AUD (GST exempt)
